Like this illustration. Are you looking for critiques?
Edit: Since you asked I shall give. The shading style can seem wildly inconsistent, especially on both the hat and parasol. The rest of the drawing seems to be in this cell shaded style. If you are going to experiment with a different shading style then fully commit to it. Otherwise you will leave the viewer lost. If you were trying to make you illustration stand out there are many different ways to do so. For example you can add a background to it. Now I don't mean make it detailed or anything I just mean add a simple color or shape around the character. I hope this helps!

This is so cute! Love the way you rendered the skin, hair, and wings. Next time don't try to blend everything in the illustration. The clothes are a good example of unnecessary blending. Also try to look up 4 to 5 references for the clothes. Also the warm blobs of color on the shoes makes it look muddy. Hope this helps. Sorry if you aren't looking for critiques.
